Egypt wins the presidency of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for two years 2026-2028.

Tabseer would like to express its warmest congratulations to Major General Dr. Khaled Hassan Sufi, The Chairman of the Egyptian Organization for Standardization and Quality (EOS), on this remarkable achievement!

This historic milestone was announced during the ISO Annual Meeting 2024 in Colombia, following the General Assembly elections.

Egypt is honored to be the first Arab nation elected to this honorable position.

Not to mention, the United Arab Emirates won membership of the ISO Board of Directors represented by Her Excellency Dr. Farah Al Zarouni, the Assistant Undersecretary for the Standards and Regulations Sector at the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology.
